Last Sunday, we made it to our first Detroit Tiger's game of the season. We had a lot of fun, and Luke seemed to really enjoy it this year (without having to go on the rides). The Tiger's are doing really well this season. Although I can't call myself a full-fledged fan, I'm on my way. Chris is really enjoying his team's winning season.
The hardest part for Luke was sitting out in the hut sun for so long. A trip to the Dippin Dots stand helped though, and Luke got into the game during the 8th inning when things got exciting. He loved clapping and dancing to the music and the cheering fans around us.
Like always, we had a great time with Chris' Mom and Dad, and Luke came away with a new Tiger's t-shirt and a little tiger beanie baby. That night, he went to sleep hugging his new tiger - it was SO cute! I wished his Papa could've seen it.
We took these pictures at about the time that the sun was getting to the poor little guy. :)

Looks like you guys had fun! I love all of the Tigers geer you all are sporting!
Go Tigers!
Baseball, eh? I've never been a fan - probably because the brewers have only had one winning season in 100 years. I always enjoyed the sausage races and the 7th inning polka. ONly in Wisconsin!
Now that we're in Cleveland though, I might be changing my tune. Go Indians!
Very pretty site! Keep working. thnx!
