Mission Completion!
From the title, you can tell I watch too much Little Einsteins. (If you're not a parent of a toddler/preschooler, never mind.) My awesome mom helped me get almost the entire house painted before the moving truck arrived back in July; the only rooms left to paint were the 2 bathrooms and the laundry room. I painted the main bathroom over a month ago, and last Wednesday I had a sudden urge to tackle the laundry room! I'm so excited to have this project done. If you're like me, you know the great (and rare) feeling of having all areas of your home neat, painted and organized - nothing that you have to hide when company comes over. My laundry room isn't anything great - the floor is still kind of gross - but it's SO much better than before! (And, alas, I finally figured out why I wasn't posting the rotated pictures - no more craning your neck!)

The color green on the walls is leftover from the boys' room, so I didn't have to spend any money. The only think left now to paint is the master bath, but I have to buy a quart of special mold-resistant paint to paint the ceiling with. I've been lucky so far and haven't had to paint the celings, but the one in my bathroom spots on it, I'm assuming mold. Seriously, I don't think the guy EVER cleaned.
I'm a far cry from Martha Stewart.
the laundry room looks great nanner! i know what you mean about how you can't rest until every room is presentable. right now it's kind of a nnoying cuz my spare bedroom keeps becoming a mess because i'm constantly trying to find stuff in the boxes that are tightly stacked in the closet. somehow i have to organize that better.
