KT,
You've never eaten spam?!? Wow, I know it's gross but I love the stuff. Just used it in a quiche this weekend. Are you reading the horse and his boy to Luke? I first read the narnia series a few years ago - excellent stuff. I can identify with your tiredness. Chloe has been sleeping really well through the night but last night for some reason she woke at 1 and 4 to eat. Yawn. . . I think I'm going to put some rice cereal in her before bedtime bottle tonight. I'll pray you & Luke get through this ear infection quickly.
Have a great day dear.
Alicia
Alicia,
Chris lamented the fact that I haven't had Spam too. O well. You used it in a quiche? Nice.
Yes, Luke and I are reading The Horse and His Boy. We already read the first two. Mostly Luke runs around and plays and once in a while comes over to take a look-see at a picture. I know it's a little advanced for him, but it doesn't hurt, and I love it! One thing I love about reading those books is the vocabulary and phrases in them! :)
I'm going to bed now and am praying for a better night of sleep for Luke. We'll see how it goes. Thanks for praying for us.
Love,
katie
Katie,
Seriously, you should give spam a try. I also like it because it's cheap and we're poor. I love making quiche - it's super easy to make and you can use a miscellany of whatever you have on hand.
Hope your evening with Luke is a restful one!
Alicia
Alicia,
We are poor as well, so bring on the SPAM recipes! Seriously, can you give me some? :) Maybe you should post some on your blog. :) Maybe we should jointly start a recipe blog . . .
Luke has slept better since Monday night, which worked out great, because that was Chris' last night with us before he went to ETS. :) His left ear didn't clear up though, and he's on his second round of antibiotics. :(
I'll be waiting . . . (for the recipes, that is.)
Katie
KT,
Sorry I've been so late at responding to your recipe requests! I haven't looked back here until today. I would lovw to do a recipe swap! I'll email you.
Al
