Friends,
Tomorrow afternoon Chris and I are headed for Glasgow, Scotland for the missions trip we'll be taking with Bardstown Christian Fellowship. We're so excited for this trip! This will be the first time that Chris and I have gone on a missions trip together and the first time that I will visit the UK. Luke will head to WI tomorrow morning with my parents, and we are confident that he will have a wonderful time there.
Please pray for us and the other members of the team as we help a local church in Ayr, Scotland with a football (soccer for us Americans) camp and a week of Vacation Bible School. This trip will also be of significance to Chris and me as we'll be spending Saturday and Sunday nights in Aberdeen, the city where, God-willing, we'll be heading for next fall. I am hoping that this trip will give us some confirmation of the Lord's leading us there for Chris' doctorate degree.
Thank you so much for the support through prayer and finances that you've already given us. We look forward to sharing the adventures of our trip with you soon!

Sounds exciting! I didn't know that you were going to Aberdeen (sp?) this fall. That's where Mary Slessor grew up. Have a great trip!
